The SURGE 12″ Electronic Hi-Hat Cymbal from Alesis uses custom brass-alloys and Piezo based triggers for incredible realism. This cymbal uses a special, clear dampening layer on top of the brass-alloy for muting.
All Surge cymbals can be mounted to standard cymbal stands for use with any drum kit. The special mounting design keeps the cymbal from twisting while playing.
