The dCS Lina Network DAC is the digital heart of the compact yet uncompromising dCS Lina system, masterfully integrating a high-performance network streamer with dCS’s renowned Ring DAC™ technology. This sophisticated component provides bit-perfect, ultra-high-resolution digital-to-analog conversion, supporting PCM up to 24 bit/384 kHz and DSD128, along with full MQA decoding from all its digital inputs. Its powerful FPGA-based processing platform ensures advanced oversampling and noise shaping for pristine audio fidelity.
Beyond its DAC capabilities, the Lina Network DAC features a robust UPnP network streamer, offering integrated access to popular streaming services like Tidal, Qobuz, and Spotify, and is Roon Ready. A comprehensive suite of digital inputs, including asynchronous USB, AES/EBU, S/PDIF, and optical, ensures compatibility with virtually any digital source. Designed for seamless integration with the Lina Master Clock via dedicated BNC inputs, it leverages dCS’s legendary jitter management for unparalleled timing precision.
