Delivering a robust 50 Watts per channel into 8 ohms, doubling to 100 Watts into 4 ohms, and 200 Watts into 2 ohms, all in pure Class A, the Essence Stereo exhibits immense current capability. Its true dual-mono configuration and Gryphon’s signature zero global negative feedback design ensure pristine signal purity, eliminating crosstalk and preserving the music’s natural timing and dynamics. The amplifier boasts an ultra-wide frequency bandwidth (0.3 Hz−350 kHz), revealing intricate details and expansive soundstages.
The power supply is formidable, featuring a custom 1350 VA toroidal transformer and a massive 440,000 µF of filter capacitance, providing instantaneous power on demand.
