The McIntosh MEN220 is a sophisticated stereo room correction system designed to optimize audio performance in any listening environment. It integrates RoomPerfect™ Technology, which precisely analyzes room acoustics (up to 8 positions) using an included calibrated microphone to create a digital model, correcting frequency response anomalies without altering speaker tonality.
Beyond room correction, the MEN220 offers versatile features including a 6-band PC-interfaceable parametric EQ for custom voicing and a phase-coherent 2-way electronic crossover (with various filter types) for seamless bi-amping or subwoofer integration. It boasts ultra-low 0.002% THD and a 100dB S/N ratio.
