The Klipsch La Scala AL6 represents a pinnacle of high-fidelity audio, a passive, three-way, fully horn-loaded loudspeaker from the esteemed Heritage Series. Hand-built in Hope, Arkansas, its iconic design features separate cabinets finished with exquisite book-matched wood veneers. The AL6 boasts a 1-inch compression tweeter with an extended phase plug for wide, clear highs, and a new 3-inch midrange compression driver paired with a Tractrix Horn featuring Mumps technology for unparalleled presence and smooth coverage. For the first time in La Scala, a new 12-inch woofer operates within a patented horn-loaded, vented bass system, delivering surprisingly rich, robust, and extended low frequencies.
Renowned for its 103dB efficiency, the La Scala AL6 provides immense dynamics and the visceral “live concert” experience with minimal amplifier power. Its versatile input panel supports both passive operation and integration with the optional Klipsch Heritage Active Crossover for ultimate time and phase alignment.
