The Klipsch R-40M Bookshelf Speakers deliver dynamic Klipsch sound in a compact, versatile package, perfect for smaller rooms, desktop setups, or as surround speakers in a home theater. As part of the Klipsch Reference Series, these two-way passive speakers feature a 1-inch Aluminum LTS Tweeter paired with a signature 90° x 90° Square Tractrix® Horn, ensuring clear, precise highs and a wide soundstage.
A single 4-inch Spun-Copper TCP Woofer provides surprisingly robust bass response for its size, further extended by a rear-firing port. The R-40M boasts a modern aesthetic with a scratch-resistant textured wood grain vinyl finish and reinforced MDF construction for enhanced durability and reduced cabinet resonance. Their high efficiency makes them easy to drive with a wide range of amplifiers. With low-profile magnetic grilles, the R-40M offers powerful, detailed sound that punches above its weight class, seamlessly blending into any decor.

The exclusive Linear Travel Suspension (LTS) minimizes distortion for enhanced, detailed performances.
